In one beautiful Saturday, you'll master both of the most fundamental bouquet styles used in professional floristry — the spiral all round bouquet in the morning and the stunning flat backed bouquet in the afternoon.
With a relaxed lunch break in between at the nearby 2773 Cafe, this is the perfect day out for flower lovers, gift-givers, and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the art of floristry.

Lunch at 2773 Cafe
Enjoy a relaxed lunch break between sessions at the nearby 2773 Cafe. Choose anything from their lunch menu, plus a glass of bubbles, wine, beer, or soft drink.
Lunch: $30 per person, paid directly at the cafe on the day.
Full Day Schedule — Selected Saturdays
- 10:00am – 12:00pm — Spiral All Round Bouquet Workshop
- 12:00pm – 1:30pm — Lunch break at 2772 Cafe
- 1:30pm – 3:30pm — Flat Backed Bouquet Workshop
- Total: 5.5 hours of floristry, lunch & fun!
